It’s happened to everyone. You’re fired up and raring to go with commitments you’ve made, but when the day-to-day reality of work hits, those great intentions get side-lined. It doesn’t have to be that way. With Leaders Commit it’s easier to keep to the plan and turn intentions into action.

By using targeted commitments and collegial support (managers and peers), individuals are encouraged to keep to their commitments and celebrate their successes. Research has shown time and again that those who make a commitment and ask others to hold them to account, are far more effective in their development. And that’s how Commit works.

Through the Leaders Commit App, individuals can make commitments specific to the workshop they’re on or free text it to create their own commitments. A date is locked in and a colleague invited to hold them to it. Individuals can also record how confident they’re feeling as they go along. Seeing the increase in confidence that comes from successfully completing a commitment is great motivation to keep at it and keep stretching those goals.
